Order Management Specialist (Customer support)

You are an experienced professional in customer service and a team player, our position in Order management could be for you:

Your challenge is:
To be responsible for validating and confirming all customers’ orders in compliance with company’s processes. You will have to handle delivery issues including timely delivery of product. You will be responsible for correct and timely issuing of all documents and invoices to the customer. You will be working in close relation to other departments, especially Production Planning, Project Management, Logistics and Finance Department. You will be actively participating with team members to achieve SCM team goals. Ability to resolve customer order issues in a timely, professional manner is a must.

In our production we mainly, but not exclusively, use automatic or manual pressing, metal parts degreasing, vacuum metallization, gluing, laser marking and soon laser welding.
You shall create weekly plans of necessary production based on the customers’ orders. You will be responsible for timely communication with the customer about any delays from the plan and adjust orders accordingly. You will be reporting to the Team leader Order management, and integrated in the team of  Oskar Ruegg AG, Jona, Switzerland. You shall support the Fine planning with day-to-day information about any changes affecting the weekly production plan. You will need good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure/cost of delay with deliveries.

Your profile
You have working experience of at least two years in the field of customer service, preferably automotive. You are a positive thinking person with a winning personality and a professional appearance, able to work in a team environment, well-organized and extremely detail-oriented with demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills. You are talented in exercising considerable initiative and in interpreting work requirements. You have the ability to think quickly, and prioritize workload. Professional communication skills and fluent business English (written and verbal) is a must. Experience with ERP systems like SAP is considered an advantage.
