ORMX Project Manager

We’re looking for a professional with following main duties and responsibilities:

 

  • Plan and manage customer projects starting from the customer order of a new tool for a new article until the handover of the tool into the inhouse serial production
  • Monitoring and controlling the internal tasks in different departments to guarantee a successful completion on time
  • Preparation and managing of project status reports & meetings for the customer and internal stakeholders
  • During the entire duration of the project, you act as a proactive and supportive link between the complete project team and our international customers.
  • Escalation of delays / risks / problems internal and external according to the escalation path

 

The candidate should meet the following qualifications

 

–  Committed, strong personality with leadership skills, who feels very comfortable in a dynamic, fast environment and who has successfully completed business or technical training

• Experience in project management in the technical area of the industry and ideally automotive industry

• Technical affinity and good IT skills (MS Office), experience with SAP would be an advantage

• Work experience with a Project management-Tool like MS Project, Agantty or JIRA is an additional plus

• Comfortable with the English language, both spoken and written

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and easy understanding of technical connections

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bring information in a clear and short way straight to the point.

• Ability to work in a team environment and motivate your colleague to work in the same direction

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Stress tolerance and longer working days are not scaring you
