IT Coordinator (m/f)

We’re looking for a professional with following main duties and responsibilities

– Provide 1st and 2nd Level IT Support to the users (Bulgaria and Switzerland)
– Assurance of local IT operations
– Train users regarding internal systems
– Document the developed solutions
– IT material planning
– Preparation of work places for new employees
– Supporting role in global projects or initiatives

The candidate should meet the following qualifications

– Strong technical background
* Experience in IT support, MS Windows OS, administration of software systems, MS Server  administration
* AD permission experience
* Good knowledge of network topologies, troubleshooting and MS Office especially MS Excel
– Excellent problem analysis and solution skills
– Service oriented  mindset
– Quick learner
– Independent prioritization of tasks
– Experience in MS SQL / MS Access is a plus
– Experience in an industrial environment (automotive would be optimal) in a role that is interfacing with several business areas, i.e. project management, supply chain, IT is a plus
– Experience in JIRA, Confluence, SAP / MS Navision or another ERP is a plus
– Project management experience is a plus
– Confident with presentations / moderation of trainings
– Excellent verbal and written skills in Bulgarian and English
– Verbal and/or written skills in German would be a plus
